Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026. Last updated September 30, 2026. These terms do not retroactively change existing customer agreements.
This policy explains how ErieWeb LLC handles information collected through this website. We currently offer services to businesses in the United States.
Information you choose to provide
Our contact form requires your first name, last name, email address and message so we can respond to your inquiry. Your business name is optional. You may choose an inquiry topic. Please provide only what we need to understand your request; do not send passwords, payment card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive data.
The module examples on What We Offer are interactive demonstrations. They do not send inquiries, create bookings, place orders or collect payments. Choosing a module opens the Project Planner with that module identified in the URL. The Project Planner remains Coming Soon.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss a potential project, provide requested services, maintain relevant business records, and address security issues or legal obligations. Sending an inquiry is not a signup for marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Service providers and technical information
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. This security check processes browser and device signals before a message is sent. Formspree verifies the security token when processing your submission.
Submitting the contact form sends its contents to Formspree, our form delivery provider, and to our Google Gmail inbox. These providers process information needed to deliver and secure their services. See Formspree’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare, which helps deliver and protect the live website, process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, and request times. These records support delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This website does not enable optional advertising or browser analytics scripts. See our Cookies Policy.
We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or respond to a security incident. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the relationship, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether you become a customer and the records involved. Provider systems and backups may have separate retention periods. We limit access to people who need the information and use reasonable safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you gave us, or to ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We may need to verify your request and retain records required by law or to resolve a dispute. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. You can contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
Children and external websites
This is a business services website, not a service directed to children. Do not submit personal information about children. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us so we can address it. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the updated date. Direct privacy questions and requests to:
